Founder and President Bill Bruegman helps ensure that Toy Scouts maintains a diverse inventory of superior items. Bruegman has served as a consultant to filmmakers, archivists, and the Smithsonian Institute. In addition to the Toy Scouts catalog, Bruegman has also demonstrated his command of the trade by founding Model and Toy Collector magazine in 1986 and writing three books on collectibles.
